These terms cover CostDeck (quotes).

The service

• We provide software. We do not design the electrical installation, issue a scheme membership, or act as your QS or accountant.
• A certificate is signed by the electrician whose name is on it. Building Control / Part P stays your job or your client’s.

Accounts

• Doors open after you have spoken to Andrew.
• There is no self-serve checkout on the site.
• ZipCert prices are on zipcert.uk.
• Invoices from CLEARDECK LIMITED.

Your firm

• You are responsible for who you allow in, for the jobs and figures you enter, and for keeping downloaded certificates.

Our side

• We will run the service with reasonable care.
• We will not pretend a button that does not work.

Liability

• We are not liable for loss of profit or for work on site. Nothing here limits liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.

Law
